Seminar room and lecture hall reservations

The Institute has 2 amphitheaters Hermite and Darboux, 5 classrooms  and 1 meeting room. All are equipped with black boards, with videoprojectors, with overhead projectors and WiFi.

Our Institute is opened from 8:30 am till 6 pm from Monday to Friday, exceptionally in weekend. Closed the holidays.

PRICING : The free accessis rather is applied to the conference which are close to natural themes of the IHP and are opened to the public -publicity assured by posters or Web site-. A pricing is applicable to the organizers wich involve expenses of registrations.

SERVICES :

The space cafeteria - ground floor - is opened to the rent from 5:30 pm till 10 pm for cocktails ( 300 € HT, discount : 90 € HT)
