Seminar room and lecture hall reservations
The Institute has 2 amphitheaters Hermite and Darboux, 6 rooms and a meeting room. All are equipped with black boards, with videoprojectors, with overhead projectors and WiFi.
Conditions of use of IT IHP resources : 
Our Institute is opened from 8:30 am till 6 pm from Monday to Friday, exceptionally in weekend. Closed the holidays.
PRICING : The free accessis rather is applied to the conference which are close to natural themes of the IHP and are opened to the public -publicity assured by posters or Web site-. A pricing is applicable to the organizers wich involve expenses of registrations.
